Sunday Worship Gatherings

Sundays at Arrowhead are warm, lively, and centered on Jesus Christ. It’s the time we set aside each week to gather and worship as a whole church family. Often people will arrive early or stay late to just visit in the church sanctuary and lobby. We worship together through teaching, song, friendship, and prayer. We have fresh coffee & creamer in the lobby. Kids have their own space where they are safely engaged with Bible teaching in a fun and clear way.

Our church is multi-generational. You’ll find people in every stage of life here- from high school and college students, to families, to senior adults in their 70s and 80s.

Services last about an hour. We have plenty of staff and volunteers around to give directions, answer questions, pray with anyone, and offer assistance.

Whether you’ve never been to a church service or you’ve attended church your whole life, we hope you’ll join us on a Sunday morning.

FAQs

A few questions you might have before your visit to Arrowhead Church.

Where is the church?

Our Grainger location is right off of 11W on the Kingswood Home for Children campus (385 Wachtel Road, Bean Station). Find us here!

What kind of songs do you sing?

We’ll sing hymns that have been sung for centuries, worship songs you might hear on Christian radio, and songs from other churches around the world; all with the goal of helping people just like you encounter Jesus. You can see Sunday’s list of songs here.

What about kids?

While you're in the main service, we have another service just for kids. For infants–5th grade, AKids is a children’s ministry uniquely designed with your child in mind! Kids experience safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way. Learn more here!

What should I wear?

We strive to cultivate a friendly and safe experience for you to be authentic. Don't worry about what to wear. The dress is casual - some people will dress up and others will wear torn jeans and a T-shirt - just come comfortably!

What do you teach?

We teach out of the Bible. During the service, you're going to hear about Jesus and the Bible in a clear and understandable way from our pastor, David Noe. Following the service, we offer an opportunity to pray and talk with pastors and volunteers about any questions, concerns, or struggles that you may be experiencing.

What translation of the bible do you use?

At Arrowhead Church, you’ll hear us primarily read from the English Standard Bible (ESV) translation. The ESV is essentially as literal a translation of the Bible in contemporary English as possible, emphasizing word-for-word accuracy.
